UPDATE !

Jeh... ben like 2-3 days i forgot to update my blogg. Been hangin out with my friend lately.

2 days ago i think i was at home and train after that. We filmed though, check the previous post so you can see it. So after i trained i was with my friends. Was with the "94 hunters": Daniel and Maher :D and ofc my man Glenn. We just chillin at Daniel place and Maher talk to an "94" girl. Haha.

and yesterday i was at training and film some more video about us, this time Glenn and Martin are with me. After that we met Lars Petter, Daniel and Maher at VG-20 top list. I HEARD SATYRICON WERE THERE!!!! FUCK, But too late, i was at studio and train. We heard 2 last song from some "random" band i dont give a shit about, then we buy eatin kebab later, hangin' out and then we just take the buss home.

Today is like fucking irritate day, whole day i got like nothing to do and something come up that make me really dissapoint. And later i plan to train, BUT the studio was busy. it's just nothing to do in these days, i think i will hangin out with mah cousin tomorrow, been so long i with him.

Muay THAI !!!!!

I LOVE MUAY THAI SO MACH !!!!
It's so fun to train again. Today i was at home and later i was at studio to train. Was with Hao and Andy though. I spar with Hao, he beat the crap outa me. FACK! it have been so long since i trained. My style suck, my kick got no power but it's FUN!.

We tape a video though. So i will upload it later.

And today, my "japanese" friend Nguyen draw me. It's was dam nice though.

Coffe !!!

Just made coffe for my self. Sittin' here and enjoy what we call life. Hohohoho, dam i just sleep 5 hours but after the coffe make me comepletely "light" up.

well, now i'm gonna just update what i did yesterday.
Yesterday was...uhm, how do i put this, it was really fun but it was a trouble day for me too. I was worked 3 hours, and then i asked some one out. We have a reallyyyyyyyyyyyyy nice walk and talk together, glad i was with her though, she was pretty sweet ^^".

And then later i met my friends, we just wandering around since it's rain. We talk about gay stuff (dam!!!) but it's fucking funny. After that, we met a bunch of homo :D hehe, they are my friends, they have been traveler around so today is my first day with them. Fun though.
After that i just take the last buss home. ah yeh, some drunk guys again, they just make trouble for them self again, when i get mad they just go away. Dam they are so frikken' gay!

Oh yeh? Today i gonna go out with them too i think. But I dont know.

feel little down !

yesterday i was outside and help my uncles all day, so it's nothing special to tell. I planed to film a video, but since no one want to go so we plan next weak. Ah yeh, i saw a movie name''s Land of the lost, it was dam fun =)).

I dont know what to do today , xD. Planed for take a morning run, but since it's too late so i just sittin' here. Some body ask me go to ice skating, but since i can't, i think i going to work instead :P.
If it's nothing to do today, i think i just slackin' at home or be with some friends if they ask me to go out.

Ye, the blogg is been update again :D. So hard to remmember to update this everyday.

Today i been slackin' at home too, sat home and watch some Muay thai match (again :P)
Well. and i just sat on the comp chair and listen to music, then came my cousins and they play games at my room -___- is fuckin' annoying since they're kids. Since is so annoying i went out with Glenn and Joachim to vestkanten, we was there and buy some stuff and mac.donald later. I saw a friend there though.

And we played basket ball later at Olsvik skole, well i dominated two rounds :D.

So we all went home. Tomorrow we gonna film at training studio, we going to make some movie about us. So it's going to be cool.
Oh yeh, since my friend is in bad humor, i felt bad for her too :( but got no time to talk with her though, hope she gonna be ok.

Before sleep

I'm been slackin' lately, tryin to train and do everything that keep me normal again but things seems won't work :P

yesterday i were with my friends, go around Olsvik.
Today i was at home all day, watch some Muay Thai match and just lyin' on the bed and listen to music. And later in the day i train. my tecnich is suck now, do not know why though.
Man the day is really boring, nothing much to do. kinda suck when i can't go out (personal problem)

oh yeh, some guys was messin' around with me when i was on my way to get the controller at hao's place. I dont really know who they were, but i think they were drunk. I were ready to fight but they were drunk so i just go passin' them.

Sunday huh

the clock is now 12:30. I have been running like 5km in this morning. Feel good though, but I really in bad shape now, run like 3km and i must stop for a break. Dam, i haven't train for like long time since i must help my uncle out.
But whatever, now i'm home sittin' here with music. Got no plan for today, i think i gonna go out with glenn or gamer at Hao's place :P. Hehe.
Yesterday was a tired day: me, Phillip, Hao was Thien's place with Thanny, Trung and Bi and the other. We gamer Halo3 =)). damn we game til 12 at night and i haven't ate a shit like in whole day. we be drive home by a dude later.

so so, today is a fine day not like yesterday, rain like shit.
and yeah, tomorrow i going to train with my cousin, he want to lose weight. So i going to teach him Muay thai, look forward to it :D.
But now i'm going to chill out, so Peace yo !

I woke up early today, gonna help my uncle to move out. He gonna pick me up like 2 hours ago, but he still not here yet :P. So i sittin' here and chillin' and wait for him to come.

Well, i planned to train after help my uncle today, i hope Glenny boy ( mah buddy) going to train with me today. it's been so long i trained with him, he's been away like 2-3 weeks :D.

so, that's my plan for today, sounds boring right ?
